Once she came back from her “death” swallowing a massive amount of pills over a prolonged period of time not just all at once, so as to avoid vomitingshe doesn’t have any need to go to the hospital, even after her husband walks in on her and hears of this “death” experience.

She did hit some very good points throughout the book and I realize that it would be wrong to judge her based on an experience that zngie people can actually identify with dying and coming backbut that is where some of the problem lies. The author dariness a positive sense of putting her life in perspective, learning from the traumas she suffered and the identifying the coping mechanisms that didn’t work.
